Lasa Links Insurance, Inc. DBA CoverFam keeps a written information security program and reviews it every year.

• We collect only what we need. Our forms never ask for Social Security numbers, tax IDs, bank or card numbers, driver's license numbers, or medical details. Health information for life, disability and long-term care applications is handled by our licensed brokerage partner's secure systems.
• Access is limited. Only licensed CoverFam staff can see client records, and every staff sign-in requires a verification code.
• Your data is encrypted when it's stored and when it's sent.
• Documents are shared securely through private, expiring links rather than open email attachments.
• We check our partners. We work only with service providers that protect client information, and we review them every year.
• We don't sell your information.
• If something goes wrong, we'll notify affected clients as Florida law requires.
